"Fright of Frong". This week ..."Frongly Accused - Intoxicated"
interrobang..now you will have me googling..are you pulling a double bluff Old Grizz..cheekily on our lazy Sunday brains ;)
ReplyDeleteah yes, to wake the brain..that is our goal
Delete"Frongly accused - intoxicated." You mean someone under the alfluence of inkohol?
ReplyDeleteI like that and inkohol may be the reason I gallop off down strange pathways with my writing.
DeleteFlibbertigibbett! That's a wonderful word to have in one's vocabulary. I personally abhor things like B4, instead of before; CU, for see you; or UR rather than you are. Thanks for calling by my 'potty poem'.
ReplyDeleteyes, but where to put it and b4, cu, ur is a sign of the laziness of our world
DeleteI know how you feel, sometimes somethings are just pointless, unlike your words.
ReplyDeletethanks Alan...it;s always great to get a compliment
DeleteHello there! This post couldn't be written any better! Reading this post reminds me of my previous room mate! He always kept chatting about this. I will forward this write-up to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Thanks for sharing!

you are strange to me...why anonymous if you lead me to your website? will I get inundated with spam and porn crap...I don't think so. If you are trying to pitch a product...say so
DeleteIt's best to have the right word, even if it's a simple one!
ReplyDeleteabsolutely agree Ann. have always liked the name of your blog
DeleteAre you getting frivolous and restless in your writing? I think this is the only way to combat the abuse of the language with abbreviations by always using long or obtuse words when we can instead. So then we are cocking a snoot at them.
ReplyDeleteI think a little frivolity can be good now and then if only to keep the the Ceorls in England on their toes.
DeleteI love this one and I'm certain that I'm a flibbertigibbett, too.
ReplyDeletethanks Belva...I know that you have a light heart and enjoy a little fun also.
Deletehaha iterrobang is pure genius!
