confucius say

I gave my German Schnauzer,

"Lo-Jack", a "Chinese Fortune Cookie"

 but I forgot to take the "fortune" out.

Now whenever I give him

the command "speak.

He tells me a "Confucius" proverb

in German

I do not understand German
